Peter Fiore is a drummer, composer, and music educator.  As a drummer, Peter's expressive and improvisational grooves stem from deep studies in jazz, African, Latin, and hip-hop.  He has shared the stage with accredited artists including Gregory Tardy, Helen Sung, Rick Davies, Tim Collins, and Sam Waymon.

 

As an educator, Peter has taught as an adjunct professor at SUNY Rockland Community College and LaGuardia Community College since 2011, teaching courses in Songwriting, Contemporary Ensemble, Drumset, Composition, and Music Production.

Academically, Peter received his undergraduate degree in jazz performance and composition from SUNY Plattsburgh, earning a Masters Degree in Musicology from City College of New York in 2016.
